i'm making some 2d-fighter sprites to get back in touch with animation. before i can get started though, i obviously needed to design the character first. however, i can't choose a final costume design for her. some are obviously stronger than others. i have settled on the hair color though.
everyone i've asked said the dress was the best for animation purposes and design. i will animating the dress. may alter the colors...
